Last week my instructor wore a plain scarf, so I was the ONLY one making noise. That's a lot of pressure!

Instructors should be leading the way in the noise department! What else do us newbies have to aspire to???
I find it funny whenever a new belt (that's what we call 'em over here) appears in the class. How often do you complement someone on the *volume* of their new article of clothing?
